RETURN & REFUND POLICY – CIRKUS MAXIMUS

At Cirkus Maximus, we are committed to providing high-quality products for professional tattoo artists. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


ALL SALES FINAL (NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS)

Due to hygiene, safety, and industry standards, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Tattoo inks

  • Cartridges and needles

  • Opened or used consumables (gloves, grip tape, ink caps, films, etc.)

  • Aftercare products

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or altered


RETURNABLE ITEMS

We accept returns only on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible items may include:

  • Thermal printers

  • Power supplies and equipment

  • Accessories (only if unopened and unused)


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and/or video evidence

  • We will review the case and offer a replacement or store credit


REFUNDS

Approved returns will be issued as:

  • Store credit (preferred), or

  • Refund to original payment method (case by case)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • No signs of wear, damage, or tampering

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
