SHIPPING POLICY – CIRKUS MAXIMUS LLC

At Cirkus Maximus, we are committed to delivering your tattoo supplies 
quickly, securely, and efficiently across the United States.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, 
the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories where service is available.

International orders are not accepted at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding 
federal holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the 
next business day.

During high-demand periods, promotional events, or holiday seasons, 
processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days. We will 
notify you by email if your order is delayed beyond our standard window.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

- Standard Shipping — $9.99
  Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing.
  Tracking number provided via email.

- Free Standard Shipping — FREE on orders $200 or more
  Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing.
  Tracking number provided via email.

- Express Shipping — $25.00
  Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after processing.
  Signature confirmation may be required at delivery.

All shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your 
order total and selected method. Final rates apply to the contiguous 
United States; remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories) may incur 
additional carrier fees, which will be shown at checkout.

CARRIERS

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier 
selection is determined by package weight, destination, and product type. 
Liquid products such as tattoo inks are shipped via ground services only, 
in compliance with carrier regulations.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing 
your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information 
to appear in the carrier's system.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of 
placing your order, please contact us at info@cirkus-maximus.com.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping 
information at checkout, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, and 
ZIP codes.

Cirkus Maximus LLC is not responsible for:

- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but reported missing
- Delays caused by incorrect address information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of 
delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Cirkus Maximus LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, 
weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

1. Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members
2. Wait 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages "delivered" 
   prior to actual delivery
3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an 
   investigation

For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us 
at info@cirkus-maximus.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. 
We will work with you and the carrier to file a claim. Orders shipped 
with Shopify Shipping include up to $100 of carrier insurance at no 
additional cost.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging AND the damaged contents 
   before disposing of any materials
2. Contact us at info@cirkus-maximus.com within 7 days of delivery
3. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the damage

Once received and reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement, store 
credit, or refund based on product availability and your preference.

Please retain all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

AGE & PROFESSIONAL VERIFICATION

By placing an order with Cirkus Maximus LLC, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are a licensed tattoo professional or a representative of a 
  licensed tattoo establishment
- The products will be used for their intended professional purpose

We reserve the right to request proof of professional status for any 
order and to cancel and refund orders that do not meet these criteria.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES

Cancellation or address change requests must be submitted within 2 hours 
of placing your order by emailing info@cirkus-maximus.com with your order 
number and the requested change.

Once an order has entered processing or shipping, we cannot guarantee 
changes can be made.

LOCAL PICKUP

In-store or local pickup is not currently offered. This option may become 
available as the business expands. Updates will be posted here when 
available.
